Bilyana Stefanova Ovcharova, PhD
Bilyana Ovcharova earned a master’s degree in English philology from Sofia University in 1993. In 1997 she joined the Department of Foreign Languages at the University of Forestry as a lecturer of English. She received her PhD in linguistics from Sofia University in 2016 for a dissertation entitled “Preposing of Clause Constituents in English and Bulgarian”.
Research interests:
– Syntax of English and Bulgarian;
– Methods for teaching English for specific purposes;
– Application of innovative technologies in education.
