Stanislav Miladinov Radanski – Associate Professor, PhD
He completed his higher education in 2003 at the University of Forestry, majoring in Veterinary Medicine. That same year, he joined the University as an Assistant Lecturer.
In 2014, he defended his doctoral dissertation titled “Hygienic and Quality Studies of Mechanically Separated Poultry Meat and Meat Products Containing It.”
Since 2016, he has held the position of Associate Professor.
Main areas of scientific interest:
– Hygiene, technology, and control of food of animal origin
– Veterinary-sanitary inspection of food of animal origin
